Colorado’s interesting landscape is the result of complex geological processes, resulting in challenging drilling conditions; every location has it’s own set of diverse challenges. Alpine rises up to the challenge, working in partnership with our clients to provide drilling solutions. Utilizing multiple available drilling methods, we come prepared to get the job done.
Alpine has invested in the tools necessary to complete any geothermal project. Our drilling technologies include : air rotary, mud rotary and down the hole hammer (DTH) with depths ranging from 0′ to 600′
Alpine owns and operates an air rotary casing advancement system, which is utilized to quickly drill through river deposits, glacial deposits, loose sands to depths ranging from 0′ to 300′
All of Alpine’s heavy equipment operators have the experience to properly dig any size trench or pit depending on project requirements. Our operators always consider safety first when performing any work on the job site. Alpine has capabilities to install horizontal and slinky geothermal loop fields of any size.
All of Alpine’s employees are trained and certified in IGSHPA methods for HDPE pipe fusion. We have capabilities to fuse HDPE pipe of sizes ranging from 0″ to 6″. Alpine can also pre-manufacture and install many variations of header manifolds.
Geothermal Vertical Loop Installation and GroutingAlpine owns the most efficient loop installation and grouting equipment currently available to the geothermal industry. We have the capability to install and tremie grout geothermal holes from depths of 0′ to 600′
Alpine utilizes air and hydro-static pressure testing procedures to insure all geothermal pipes and fittings are free of leaks.
